sugar - 1/2 c
vanilla - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
chopped nuts
flour
brown sugar - 1 c
water - 1/4 c
coconut - 1 c
oil - 1/2 c
soda - 1/2 tsp
egg - 1 item
raisins
oatmeal - 3 c
wheat germ - 1/4 c
chopped apricots - 1 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Mix first 6 ingredients. Mix flour, salt and soda; stir in. Stir in wheat germ and part of oatmeal. Keep adding oatmeal and rest of ingredients. Work with hands. Drop large tablespoons on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Take out and scrunch up! Makes about 3 dozen.
