Easy chocolate cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• cocoa - 1/2 c
• boiling water - 1 c
• sour milk - 1/2 c
• eggs unbeaten - 2 item
• liquid shortening - 1/2 c

How to make easy chocolate cake:

Sift together dry ingredients. Add eggs, shortening and sour milk. Mix until smooth. Add boiling water and vanilla; mix well. Pour into layer pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in 350° oven approximately 30 minutes.
