Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- melted butter
- sugar, mixed with 1 1/2 tsp - 2/3 c
How to make doughnut muffins:
Topping:1/2 c. melted butter2/3 c. sugar, mixed with 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 350°. Beat butter, sugar and eggs until creamy. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Add to butter mixture, along with the milk. Mix well. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake 20 to 25 minutes until done. Immediately roll in melted butter, then cinnamon-sugar mixture.
