  • milk
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • Cool Whip - 1 (12
  • confectioners sugar, sifted - 1 c
  • Oreo cookies
  • small instant French vanilla pudding - 2 item

How to make dirt cake:

In large mixing bowl, make pudding according to package, except use only 3 1/2 cups milk. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar. Mix thoroughly and add to pudding mixture. Mix completely, then add Cool Whip by hand. Crush cookies (I use my Salad Shooter). Cookies will look like potting soil. Start with a layer of cookies, layer of pudding and cookies, ending with cookies on top. Make a couple of days ahead of time.

Can be made in a clay pot with gummy worms on top.
