- fish, cut into long pieces - 1 item
- 7-Up enough to make batter
How to make deep fried fish:
Batter:1 c. pancake mix1 egg 7-Up (enough to make batter) The secret to good steaks is the marinade. Take as many pieces of steak as needed for family (rib-eyes, chuck, T-bones, sirloin or any good steak). Sprinkle on both sides with meat tenderizer. Marinate steak overnight or at least 2 or more hours, turning every so often.
