Dark chocolate cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• cocoa - 3/4 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• vegetable shortening - 1/2 c
• sour milk - 1 c
• hot coffee - 1 c

How to make dark chocolate cake:

Put all ingredients in bowl. Beat for two minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Batter will be very thin. Bake at 350° until cake tests done, about 45 minutes. When cool. Frost with your favorite frosting.
