Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- curry powder - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- Tabasco sauce to taste - 1 item
- finely grated onion - 1/2 Tbsp
How to make curry dip:
Stir together curry powder, salt and mustard. Gradually whisk in the mayonnaise, keeping smooth. Whisk in onion and Tabasco. Chill, covered tightly, for 2 hours or overnight so flavor has time to develop thoroughly. Makes 3/4 cup.For cooked shrimp or raw vegetables, can double recipe.
