Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • sour cream
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • sliced cucumbers - 4 c

How to make cucumber sour cream salad:

Sprinkle cucumbers with salt. Chill. Mix sour cream with remaining ingredients. Drain cucumbers thoroughly; add to sour cream and mix well. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
