Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • onion, finely chopped - 1 tsp
  • parsley, chopped
  • large cucumbers - 2 item
  • Dash of pepper - 1 item

How to make cucumber sour cream salad:

Peel and thinly slice cucumbers. Toss with salt. Mix remaining ingredients and toss with cucumbers. Chill and serve.
