Crunchy slaw
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 1/2
- pimento, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- green onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- medium head cabbage, shredded - 1 item
- can bamboo shoots, drained and diced - 1 oz
How to make crunchy slaw:
Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and toss well.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, Asian.
