Crunchy oriental salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- red wine vinegar - 1/2 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- green onions, chopped - 4 item
- Ramen noodles - 1 pkg
- bunch broccoli - 1 item
- cashews, chopped - 1 c
- head of romaine lettuce - 1 item
How to make crunchy oriental salad:
Crush noodles and brown lightly in butter and cashews. Chop broccoli well and lightly stem; cool completely. Drain cashews and noodles on paper towels. Combine vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Blend well, pour over salad mixture. Toss. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, Beginner cook.
