  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • carrots, sliced - 2 item
  • beef stew meat - 2 lb
  • potatoes, chopped - 4 item
  • flour added last - 2 Tbsp

How to make crock-pot beef stew:

Cut meat into small pieces. Batter in flour; put in pan with oil and lightly brown. Put in colander and drain. Cover meat with water. Add carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper. Cook in crock-pot until done.
