Creamy cole slaw
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- cream - 5 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 10 Tbsp
- small onion - 1 item
- head cabbage - 1 item
- green bell pepper - 1/2 item
- celery seed optional - 1 tsp
- or 2 carrots - 1 item
How to make creamy cole slaw:
Grate the cabbage, carrots, onion and green bell pepper and mix together. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour sauce mixture over the cabbage mixture.Tastes best when made ahead of time and allowed to mingle. The sauce can be put in a large Tupperware glass with lid and shaken until well mixed.
