Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • celery seed - 1 Tbsp
  • cabbage, shredded - 4 c
  • chopped carrot - 1/4 c
  • finely sliced green onion - 2 Tbsp
  • finely sliced celery - 1/2 c
  • finely sliced green pepper - 1/4 c

How to make creamy cole slaw:

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over cabbage. Mix lightly and refrigerate.
