- plain nonfat yogurt - 1/4 c
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- thinly sliced cucumbers - 1 c
How to make creamed cucumbers:
Stir mustard into yogurt in a small bowl. Gently stir in cucumbers. Refrigerate several hours. Serve cold.Makes 2 servings; Serving size 1/2 cup. Per serving: 35 calories, 9 calories from fat.
