- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
How to make cream cheese pastry:
Mix flour and salt in bowl. Cut in chilled butter until it resembles small peas. Mix in cream cheese with fork until mixture forms a dough. Chill at least 1 hour. Pinch off and roll into walnut size balls. Press into muffin tins to form shell. Bake at 350° until light brown. Fill with desired filling.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
