Crawfish bread
Ingredients/Components
- small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 6 oz
- crawfish tails - 1/2 1
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt to taste - 1 item
- loaf French bread - 1 item
- chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- mild Cheddar cheese - 6 oz
- Provolone cheese - 6 oz
- block margarine - 1 item
How to make crawfish bread:
Slice French bread in half. In pan, melt margarine, add onion, bell pepper, garlic, saute a few minutes, then add crawfish, parsley and seasoned salt. Saute for about 10 minutes. Add cheese, stir until cheese is melted. Spread on French bread. Bake in 400° oven for about 15 minutes. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
