Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • cold water - 1/4 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • diced unpeeled apples - 3 c
  • raw cranberries - 2 c
  • uncooked quick oatmeal

How to make cranberry crunch:

Mix apples, cranberries, white sugar and water together and place in a greased casserole dish (6 x 10-inch or 9 x 13-inch). Mix melted butter, oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and pecans. Put this on top of apple mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
