Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cold water - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1 c
- diced unpeeled apples - 3 c
- raw cranberries - 2 c
- uncooked quick oatmeal
How to make cranberry crunch:
Mix apples, cranberries, white sugar and water together and place in a greased casserole dish (6 x 10-inch or 9 x 13-inch). Mix melted butter, oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and pecans. Put this on top of apple mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Side dish.
