Cracker jack cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• flour
• brown sugar - 1 c
• coconut - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• shortening - 1 c
• Rice Krispies - 2 c
• oatmeal - 2 c
• white sugar - 1 c

How to make cracker jack cookies:

Cream shortening, brown sugar and white sugar. Add 2 eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add. Stir in Rice Krispies, oatmeal, coconut and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 9 minutes.
