- boneless chicken - 2 3
- envelope Town House crackers - 1 item
How to make cracker chicken:
Melt butter. Crumble the crackers and place on wax paper. Wash chicken. Dip the chicken in the butter and then roll it in the crackers (coating both sides). Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish (pour extra butter and crackers over chicken) and bake at 325° for 1 hour or until tender.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, Meat.
