Crab salad
Ingredients/Components
- fresh crab meat - 1 lb
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped celery - 1 c
- small onion, minced - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- curry powder - 1/8 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- can chow mein noodles - 1 oz
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- lettuce - 1 item
How to make crab salad:
Combine first 4 ingredients and toss well. Combine next 5 ingredients in a separate bowl, mixing well. Pour dressing over crab mixture and toss lightly. When ready to serve, place crab mixture on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle with noodles and almonds. Serves 6 to 12.Recipe categories: Salads, Shellfish, Crab.
