Ingredients/Components
- crab meat - 1 lb
- slices toast fine - 3 item
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- hard-boiled egg, grated - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mustard - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3/4 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- parsley flakes - 1 item
How to make crab meat casserole:
Add salt, pepper, parsley flakes and lemon juice to crab meat. Combine crushed toast, melted butter, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, milk and Worcestershire sauce; mix well with hand. Put in long baking dish; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Crumble crackers on top with pats of butter.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
