  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1 pkg
  • shortening - 1 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • quick oatmeal - 2 c

How to make cowboy cookies:

Mix together, drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° until almost done. Let finish on hot cookie sheet. Makes about 5 dozen small cookies.
