Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- shredded cabbage - 3 c
- fine chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- small grated carrots - 2 item
How to make country coleslaw:
Combine cabbage, onion and carrots in a medium-size bowl. In a small cup, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Pour mayonnaise combination over cabbage and mix thoroughly. Serves 2 to 4 people.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Greens.
