- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- unbleached flour - 2 c
- warm water - 1/4 c
- yeast - 1 pkg
- carton cottage cheese - 1/2 item
How to make cottage cheese bread:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, blend in other ingredients less 1 cup flour and the soda. Let rise until double (about 1 1/2 hours). Work in the last cup of flour and soda until smooth. Bake at 300° for 40 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Cheese, Yeast breads.
