Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1/4 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• vinegar - 1 Tbsp
• dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
• diced onion - 1/4 c
• caraway seed - 1/4 tsp
• mayonnaise
• cans whole kernel corn, drained - 2 item
• small tomatoes, diced - 2 item
• diced cucumber with skin - 3/4 c

How to make corn salad:

Dressing:2 Tbsp. mayonnaise1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. caraway seed1/4 c. sour cream1 Tbsp. vinegar1/4 tsp. dry mustard Mix and chill well before serving.
