Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- heavy cream - 1/2 c
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- grated coconut - 1 c
- corn flakes - 4 c
- peanuts - 1 c
How to make corn flake candy:
Cook sugar, corn syrup and cream in pot to soft ball stage. Take off stove and add the corn flakes, coconut and peanuts. Drop by spoonful on waxed paper. Let cool completely. Can be kept in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 15 mins, Candy.
