Ingredients/Components
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- carrots - 2 lb
- apple cider vinegar - 3/4 c
- can cream of tomato soup - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Slice carrots and boil until tender; drain. Mix all ingredients well. Pour over cooked carrots. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Keeps fresh for two weeks in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
