  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • carrots - 2 lb
  • apple cider vinegar - 3/4 c
  • can cream of tomato soup - 1 item

How to make copper pennies:

Slice carrots and boil until tender; drain. Mix all ingredients well. Pour over cooked carrots. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Keeps fresh for two weeks in refrigerator.
