- carrots - 2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 2
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- prepared mustard - 1/2 tsp
How to make copper pennies:
Slice and wash carrots into coin size. Cook until tender and drain well. Marinate in remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and chill several hours or overnight.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
