Ingredients/Components
- cooked carrots - 5 c
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- green pepper, sliced - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- sugar - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
How to make copper pennies:
Mix the first 3 ingredients and let stand for 24 hours. Boil the remaining ingredients just to boiling point and then add the vegetables to marinate. Keep in refrigerator for 12 hours before use.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
