Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 2 c
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• egg whites - 2 item
• light brown sugar - 1 c

How to make cookie kisses:

Beat egg whites until stiff; add brown sugar and flour gradually. Add vanilla; fold in nuts. Drop by spoonfuls well apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 250° for 35 to 40 minutes.
