Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • marshmallows - 20 item
  • lime jello - 1 pkg
  • small bottle maraschino cherries - 1 item
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • whipping cream or Cool Whip - 1/2 pt

How to make congealed salad:

Melt marshmallows in water. Add lime jello; set to soft congeal. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip and remainder of ingredients. Congeal.
