Ingredients/Components

  • box lime jello - 1 oz
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • miniature - 22 marshmallows
  • cottage cheese - 1 lb
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • heavy cream - 1/2 pt
  • pecans as many as you want - 1 item

How to make congealed salad:

Dissolve jello with boiling water. Add pineapple and bring to boil. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Cool! Add cottage cheese, cream and nuts. Mix well and put in refrigerator until set.
