Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- can cream of chicken or celery soup - 1 item
How to make company potatoes:
Melt oleo; saute onion and pepper. Mix sour cream with grated Cheddar cheese and mix all with potatoes. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Sprinkle over top the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
