  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • chopped nuts
  • water
  • oil - 1/3 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • instant vanilla pudding

How to make coffee cake:

Mix together the cake mix, water, oil, eggs and pudding. Mix together the nuts, sugar and cinnamon. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Put 1/4 of nut mixture in pan first. Alternately layer cake mix and nut mixture, finishing with cake mixture on top. Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour.

Optional: Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
