  • egg yolks - 6 item
  • coconut - 1 c
  • can water - 1 item
  • can evaporated milk - 1 item

How to make coconut pudding:

Add all ingredients. Place over medium heat and stir. Cook until thick. Add coconut, then pour into baked pie shell.
