Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- coconut - 1/2 pkg
- well beaten egg - 1 item
How to make coconut pudding:
In saucepan heat the milk while mixing with a mixer the sugar, cornstarch, salt and egg. Add beaten mixture to hot milk and cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and coconut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Coconut.
