Ingredients/Components
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- sugar - 2 c
- plain flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- box sifted powdered sugar - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 item
- flaked coconut - 1 item
How to make cocoa sheet cake:
Icing:4 Tbsp. cocoa1/2 c. margarine1 box sifted powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla chopped pecans flaked coconut Cake: Combine cocoa, margarine, Crisco and water; bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour in greased and floured 11 x 16-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.Icing: Combine cocoa, milk and margarine; bring to a boil. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake. Sprinkle with pecans and coconut.
