  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • miniature marshmallows
  • cake flour - 2 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Coke - 1 c
  • In saucepan, melt butter, cocoa and Coke

How to make coca-cola cake:

Sift flour and sugar together. In saucepan, melt butter, cocoa and Coke. Bring to a boil and pour over dry mixture. Add marshmallows, buttermilk, baking soda, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Icing:1/2 c. butter (1 stick)3 Tbsp. cocoa1 box powdered sugar6 Tbsp. Coke1 c. nuts1 tsp. vanilla Mix butter, cocoa and Coke in saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, nuts and vanilla. Mix well.
