Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• pkg - 1 lb
• vanilla extract - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• Coca-Cola - 1 c
• buttermilk - 1/2 c
• margarine, softened - 1/2 c
• miniature marshmallows
• baking cocoa - 1/4 c
• Frosting - 1 item
• Combine Coca-Cola, oil, margarine and baking cocoa in medium saucepan; mix well

How to make coca-cola cake:

Mix flour and sugar in large bowl. Combine Coca-Cola, oil, margarine and baking cocoa in medium saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add to flour mixture, stirring to mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Pour frosting over warm cake. Yield: 15 servings.Frosting:3 Tbsp. baking cocoa6 Tbsp.
