  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 2/3 c
  • flour
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • butter or flavored shortening - 1/2 c

How to make cloud biscuits:

Combine flour and sugar. Mix well. Cut in shortening with fork. Combine egg and milk. Add flour mixture, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes.
