Sweet potato bread

Ingredients/Components

• self-rising flour - 2 c
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• stick margarine, melted - 1 item
• cooked mashed sweet potatoes - 1 c
• orange juice - 1/3 c
• milk - 1/2 c
• egg, beaten - 1 item
• chopped dates - 1 c
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c

How to make sweet potato bread:

Preheat oven to 375°. In a bowl, combine the margarine, sweet potatoes, milk, orange juice and egg. Mix well. Sift the dry ingredients together and stir them into the sweet potato mixture. Fold in the dates and nuts, mixing well. Bake in a grease
