  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  • water - 3 c
  • vinegar
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • chili powder - 2 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • tomato paste - 6 oz
  • large chopped onions - 2 item
  • small red peppers - 2 item

How to make cincinnati chili:

Combine all ingredients. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Can be served as is, as a coney sauce or over spaghetti with grated cheese, onions, beans and oyster crackers.
