  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • strawberry jello - 2 pkg
  • sweetened condensed milk - 1 c
  • red sugar - 1 item
  • green gumdrop candy - 1 item

How to make christmas strawberries:

You also need toothpicks.

Mix dry jello, coconut, sugar and milk together well. Chill completely. When chilled enough to handle, shape into strawberry shape. Roll each formed berry in red sugar. Cut a slice of green gumdrop candy for a leaf. Insert a toothpick into the gumdrop and place on top of the berry so toothpick makes a short stem and is enough into the berry for handling. Chill berries overnight. Attractive Christmas treat for parties when served on a white or glass tray.
