  • chunky peanut butter - 2 Tbsp
  • skim milk - 2 Tbsp
  • cold skim milk - 2 c
  • thawed Cool Whip lite topping - 1 c
  • Jell-O chocolate flavor sugar-free instant pudding and pie filling - 1 serving

How to make chocolate peanut butter dessert:

Mix 2 tablespoons of milk into peanut butter in large bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.

Pour 2 cups of milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended. Spoon whipped topping mixture and pudding alternately into parfait glasses. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
