Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- chocolate chips - 1 pkg
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- whipped topping - 2 c
- graham cracker pie crust larger size - 1 item
How to make chocolate mousse pie:
In saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over milk; let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. Add chocolate and continue cooking, stirring constantly until chocolate is completely melted; stir in vanilla. Chill, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon. (This will take at least an hour.) Fold in whipped topping. Turn into crust and chill 3 to 4 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
