- sugar - 1/3 c
- semi-sweet chocolate - 1 sq
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- coconut
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 2 item
How to make chocolate macaroons:
Heat oven to 325°. Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and almond extract; mix well. Place unwrapped chocolate in microwave dish. Melt; stir melted chocolate into coconut mixture. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets, 1 inch apart. Bake 20 minutes until edges are golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
