- graham cracker crumbs - 1 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- small marshmallows - 1/2 lb
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- whipped cream - 1 item
- beaten egg whites - 3 item
- beaten egg yolks - 3 item
- can chocolate syrup small - 1 item
How to make chocolate icebox cake:
Cream powdered sugar and butter. Add egg yolks, chocolate syrup, marshmallows and pecans. Mix well. Add egg whites. Spread cracker crumbs on bottom of a 9-inch pan. Pour chocolate mix over crumbs on top. Spread crumbs on top. Chill 1 1/2 to 2 hours or overnight. Serve with whipped cream. Serves 9.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
