  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • margarine - 2/3 c
  • vanilla ice cream, softened - 1/2 gal
  • large bag Oreo cookies - 1 item
  • semi-sweet

How to make chocolate icebox cake:

You will need 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan.

Crush the Oreos in a blender. Melt margarine and chocolate. Add sugar and eggs. Cook all for 5 minutes. It will be lumpy. Put into a blender and blend until smooth. Put 1/2 of crushed Oreos into the bottom of the pan. Pour chocolate mixture over this. Spoon soft ice cream over top and the rest of cookies over this. Freeze until hard and eat.
