Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • cocoa - 6 Tbsp
  • white corn syrup - 5 Tbsp
  • marshmallow creme - 3/4 c

How to make chocolate fudge:

Mix cocoa and sugar. Add syrup and milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture forms a soft ball (232° F). Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into a greased (buttered) pan to cool. After cooled, slice into small squares.

For plain peanut butter fudge, leave out cocoa and add 3/4 jar of peanut butter.
